By accessing and using Kiro AI services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.
2. Description of Services
Kiro AI provides two product lines: KANSE (Agent Search Engine API) for developers integrating search capabilities into AI agents, and Kiro Personal Assistant for individuals and teams seeking an AI-powered assistant solution.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. API Usage & Rate Limits
API usage is subject to rate limits based on your subscription plan. Exceeding these limits may result in temporary throttling or suspension. Usage data is retained per your plan's log retention policy.
5. Data & Privacy
Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. For self-hosted deployments, all data remains on your infrastructure. For cloud-hosted services, we implement industry-standard security measures.
6. Intellectual Property
Kiro AI retains all intellectual property rights in the Services. You retain ownership of your data and content processed through the Services.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kiro AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Services. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
