3. Data Storage & Security

Data is stored using industry-standard encryption. For self-hosted deployments, data remains entirely on your infrastructure. Cloud-hosted data is stored in secure data centers with SOC 2 compliance.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with service providers who assist in operating the Services, or when required by law. All third-party providers are bound by data processing agreements.

5. API Data Processing

KANSE API queries are processed to deliver search results. Query data may be temporarily cached to improve performance. You can configure data retention settings in your workspace.
